In de toekenningen van het Fonds Podium Kunsten voor is de verdeling van Productiegeld wel heel scheef: 88% in de Randstad en maar 12% daarbuiten. Het opbouwen van een betekenisvolle arbeidsmarkt voor kunstenaars buiten de Randstad wordt zo wel erg ingewikkeld.
