@PlayStation Sony ToS is a scam. You buy digital, they ban you, pretend to be clueless when you call, then tell you to rebuy the games you already bought.
@xMBGx Their moderation first and foremost. We should be able to say whatever we want so long as it isn’t illegal.
ToS/UA need to be rewritten to actually be fair, we shouldn’t be losing our game libraries because of chat moderation. We need real refunds and passable support.
@PinkGeekNeni We need to push for industry wide change on ToS/User agreements. Right now what we agree to is malicious, containing unfair terms that put the purchaser at a substantial loss. A good lawyer wouldn’t accept these terms in a deal, but a lay-person doesn’t understand it enough.
@SonySantaMonica Sony hates its own customers. Done with all of it. If I can’t easily play my games offline and I can’t safely play online without being banned for coughing into my mic, then I am not spending another dime.
@AnAverageGamerX Sony scammed all of the people that bought the expansion or season pass for the final season of destiny 2, they gave no refunds and did not even keep the game supported for paid content during a paid time period. This is how Sony will act going forward.
@SuccessWLewis1@JuunTV If you’re in the US contact your local lawmakers. if outside contact whoever might be responsible for contract law or is capable of oversight. What Sony is doing is totally unscrupulous and unnecessary. What you own, you own, and your legal behavior shouldn’t affect that.
