@Mr_Big_Cat34 ESE is eBay standard envelope. If you shipped a card ESE it automatically has insurance up to $20 I believe. PIP is Parcel Insurance Plan. Buyer request refund for damaged card. You approve the refund and file a PIP to get reimbursed.
