Yesterday - April 26th - will forever be a somber day for the Kings, and our community. On that day - three years ago - we lost a great teammate, brother, and person. Aaron may be gone, but his spirit, passion, and legacy will forever live on within our organization.

For all the hockey players and parents out there…

I know it's silly season right now and tryout season is right around the corner. That comes with a lot of stress and uncertainty.

I just want to remind you that I was able to play at some of the highest levels of hockey and I got cut twice in my youth hockey journey.

Proving people wrong is a superpower.

Building resilience when things don't unfold the way you expected is a necessary skill if you want to play hockey at the higher levels…or if you want to be great at anything you do.

Whatever happens, find a way to use your setbacks as setups for something even greater.
