Although the Liberal GST rebate will only provide $10 a week for a small number of Canadians, and will do nothing to actually bring food prices down, we will not stand in the way.

Today in the House of Commons we will seek unanimous consent to refer the bill to committee after debate this afternoon, to hear from the minister at committee tomorrow, and to pass the House on Wednesday.
