Our 3rd Quarter Behavior Incentive was one for the books. We had such an amazing time! A huge thank you to DJ OZZ! Also a special shout-out to those who traveled back in time and pulled out their super cool 80s attire! What a blast, the 80s spring fling jam was a success!!!!

Check out our awesome 5th Grade enrichment students working hard on their economic unit. What better way to prepare them for society than to simulate. A special shout out to our enrichment teacher Marlye Powell-Jackson for challenging and preparing our kids to be successful.
Our fourth graders celebrated black history month by performing our annual “I Have A Dream” PTO performance to highlight the importance of dreams and to acknowledge the achievements of outstanding Black Americans.
We’re gearing up for HOUSES this semester. We met in our house small groups to remind each other what being a part of a community means and how important it is to respect ourselves, others and our school.
Congratulations to our spelling bee winner, Miss Shelbie Carroll. Miss Carroll did an outstanding job in the Lee County Spelling Bee! We are so proud of her!
At West Forest we work really hard to build a strong foundation for our students academically and socially. We ended the first semester by taking all of our hard working students on a trip to the movies. We had a blast and really enjoyed “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile!”
At West Forest we are all about Respect! Everyday we remind each person in the building how important it is to respect ourselves, others, and our school. For the month of September, Sam’mana earned the most HOUSE respect points, and won a house respect party! 🎉💚Congratulations!
