Over the weekend both XC teams competed at the SSS Invitational. The women’s team finished 2nd with 3 in the top 15 and the men finished 6th (1 top 15, and 2 in the top 20). It was awesome seeing the kids push themselves and drop those times!

Yesterday we hosted our senior night and home XC race. Great results by both teams saw the women finish 1st (21 points) and the men finish 2nd (29 points). It was a great way to honor the seniors.

Junior Josh Hendren competed in the 1600 today at the @NCHSAA championship. He ran a PR (4:33) and capped off a great season (states in XC and Track). Oh and the pr was after a 4x800 split of 2:00

Junior CC Hamrick back at the @NCHSAA championship. She ran a PR in the 800 and improved seed to finish 12th. She is a state finalist now in the 800 and 1600!
