Hello @KaroOnaphie, that’s totally strange. Are you sure to have sent your old tokens to the actual migration wallet? Kindly check if the receiving address is correct and also check if the transfer was successfully submitted onchain. After doing this, then you manually add the new contract address to your wallet. You new tokens should appear afterwards in your wallet.

Hello @ferhanfurry, wallets that held the legacy Botify tokens as of September 1, 2026 is qualified for the migration/claim process. Connect the same wallet holding your legacy tokens to the migration platform to migrate to the new contract.

Hello @02_snmez, if you held your old tokens before 1st September, you’re qualified for the migration. Connect the same wallet you held your old tokens to the migration platform to exchange your old tokens to the new one at 1:1 swap ratio. What wallet type did you held your old tokens?

Hello @horseimnot, if you sent your old tokens to the migration wallet you should have received your new tokens as they have been successfully distributed. Check and confirm you sent your old tokens to the actual migration wallet and check onchain if the transfer was triggered successfully.

Hello @OtaniyunwaG, the new tokens have been successfully distributed to eligible wallets. Kindly check and confirm you sent your old tokens to the correct migration wallet. If you have the transaction hash id for the transfer, check onchain if the transfer was successful.

Hello @JoshGre03430089, the migration is live already . If you held your old tokens before the Snapshot was taken, then you qualify for the migration. Go to the migration page and claim your new tokens 1:1 on your wallet balance. Use the same wallet holding your old tokens.

That’s not normal. What wallet are you trying to swap from? Also ensure you update your wallet to the latest released version before trying again. Let me know if issue persists after doing this. @tanoli82

@IamAmitSarin, you need to transfer your VANRY tokens off Coindcx as they won’t be doing the automatic migration. Move your holdings to a personal wallet such as metamask, Trustwallet or Ledger and do the manual migration from on there. Let me know if you need further assistance.
