.@yorkshirebank your telephone customer service is abysmal. Tried to solve a simple issue for my elderly grandfather and was met with very unsympathetic and unhelpful employee. He's been a customer for over 40 years and this is how he's treated. Will be switching banks soon.

Why are your dslrs so bad at video. Never had this issue with any other brand. I've trouble shooted this problem, done every fix, bought a better sd card and still getting this problem.

@CanonUKandIE Really. Well I used it for 4k when I had my panasonic g7 and it worked perfectly for that. So I can't see it being the card

@CanonUKandIE The length it records varies. Sometimes it's a few seconds and sometimes it's a few minutes. I've formatted the card, camera and nothing I have tried is working.

@CanonUKandIE Hi. I'm using a canon 600d, my card is a sandisk ultra 80MB/s 64gb. I shoot at 1920x1080 at 30fps. The card was from amazon. The camera was off ebay.
