One that speaks for a single nation is just one type of ambassador. We have UN, UNICEF, and other types.

@mrjamesob IMHO anyone who cannot see that the government is still pursuing herd immunity - by stealth, isn't following the timeline closely enough. Why is this not being talked about? After refusing the close schools since November, suddenly the PM states they're a transmission vector. Eh?

Two days - y4 closed. Two days - half of y2 closed. My wife is NHS... if our child is infected she can't work. Next step?
