Perhaps the big vendors can manage single ID authentication management across the Blockchain, or a national ID be used with the government being the arbitrator, but that not defeat the purpose? Confused. Sounds like single sign-on across organizations to me.
Blockchain: WhamTech has worked with all Bitcoin data for a customer and has gained an understanding of Blockchain. Am I missing something, but as far as we understand, Blockchain needs a single customer/patient ID/person that needs to be cleared by a human to work?
