Hey @LEGO_Group @LEGO_Help, really disappointed with your India service. Two orders cancelled after 10-day waits because items were OOS. Why are they still listed? Even after my feedback, it happened again. Disheartening and poor service. Won’t be ordering again. 👎 😡#LEGOIndia

@amangupta0303 @RockWithboAt I agree but I have just unboxed the product..the earbuds are blinking inside the charger but once I take them out, they are either turned off or do not respond. I am willing to pay repair charges but the least you can do is get them checked once. Could be just a minor issue 😕

Very disappointing experience 😞
AIRDOPES 121v2 didn't turn on even fully charged.
It was a gift & I unboxed it yesterday only.
Sadly the warranty is over but BOAT support team totally neglected & said-it is out of our hands now & can't do anything.
