@MarkPawsey @UKParliament I'm trying to work out how a medical doctor can state a helmet would significantly reduced the injuries sustained. Surely the accident would need to be reconstructed by experts, with detailed analysis of the forces with and without the helmet before that statement could be made.

@KoftheP Just been up South Head on pennine bridleway on my mountain bike. The gate on the way down to hayfield has had a big rock placed in front of it. I could barely get the bike through. Very unlikely to get a horse through. #peakdistrictnationalpark
