It has always been clear that the public want the A96 dualled. And anyone who has driven this road knows that this is hugely necessary.

But we have an anti-car SNP & an unfit for purpose Transport Scotland who would much rather spend the money on LEZ's & Bus Gates, imposed 20mph zones (50mph in the countryside), subsidised bus fares and seldom-used cycle lanes.
