Keeps the buildings up, keeps them clean, preps all the area for medical staff, ensures mandatory requirements for safety are met, books appointments, manages reception areas. Manages new builds/refurbishments. There is so much more!

@jk_rowling How about instead of going after trans people, you push for real issues, women's healthcare, getting waiting lists down, saving our NHS. Because to be fair, if someone has been on a list for 2 years, I doubt they care who is treating them and who is in the next bed!

@jk_rowling This is so shallow, but I expect no less. You still had to throw the word back at me even though I said it was ableist. To use against your attack on trans people. I haven't met one trans person who wants to take away women's rights. They just want to live their lives.

I don’t identify as a woman whatsoever though. These aren’t my sisters. When I got sick & endometriosis disabled me, it was women who abandoned me in droves & treated me like trash. Very ableist. I have no sense of sister hood as a trans man. I’ve legally, medically, and socially transitioned.

And I will use my platform to speak out for my trans sisters as well. Why would I leave them out of the equation? I don’t understand why I should do that.
