@AOJ How is it them pulling the wool over our eyes if they clearly mark on the cover that a game is a GKC? I’d gladly take a GKC over a code in a box or only digital.
@Nintendeal Normally I just buy the upgrades for Switch 1 games, but when it comes to Zelda, Xenoblade, and Fire Emblem I will rebuy the physical cartridges
@Stealth40k Are we getting a ”physical release” on this? I know it will be a GKC but I like to have something I can put on my shelf. The DMC website had a physical release for August but now it’s not there.
@Kaiju_GeekGrtto@DoesItPlay1 Ok but PS and Xbox have had GKD for years but it only becomes an issue now that Nintendo does it. And you’re right, a patch is different than a whole game but now a days you need that day 1 patch to fix a broken game, so in reality you’re screwed if you have no internet anyways.
@KaizokuBalls Maybe Indiana Jones didn’t need the read speeds but it’s obviously slower off the cart than it is off the internal storage. There are videos showing that Mario Karts load times are almost double off the cart than an SD card or internal storage.
@Fluffuistired I was able to grab the CE no problem, I think Amazon and Best Buy still have it up.
For the standard copy Walmart and Amazon are price matching the digital price at $70
