@waitrose just adding the many saying how disappointing the lack of vouchers are no personalised ones and the two complimentary ones are for things I never buy - this new system isn’t very good!
@JohnLewisRetail no personalised tins of Quality Street this year - it’s a tradition - please bring it back - it’s bad enough that it’s moved from the Christmas Shop on to the basement in Oxford Street
@AmazonUK - what is the pint of waiting all day for a prime delivery only to get a failed delivery notice when no one attempted to delivery. If I wanted it tomorrow I would have ordered it for tomorrow - not good enough
