Inspired is one of the best junglers to ever touch the game, the way he maneuvers the map in these games is NUTS.

Breaking down his early game play in Game 2 Lee vs. Panth, he knows that Panth will always path for his hard winning Yasuo vs. Gnar matchup rather than a weakside Ziggs. He does blue -> Pantheon's topside knowing hes likely on full vision to bait Panth into a botside split map. This is smart for two reasons:

1. Gnar is able to play the early matchup and Yasuo is actually the one facing pressure

2. Panth is forced into a splitmap he doesn't want

After this Inspired DOESN'T commit to the split map and instead predicts the Pantheon 3 camp gank so he recalls to cover bot lane. Although he ended up being a little late and only traded a kill back, it still ended up being a great play for his entire team and the map as a whole.

Panth is now forced into a bad position, top lane matchup becomes much better and they end up fixing the botlane state.

Now since bot lane is shoved in he is able to defend all camps with Leona if needed and Panth loses any opportunity to invade him and trade anything back.
