@samrac92 2 goes first since they havr the right of way. 3 needs to stop and wait for 2 to clear the intersection before proceeding through turn. 1 needs to yield for both 2 and 3 because they have a sign telling them to yield to cross traffic since neither 2 or 3 have a stop sign.
