@LidlGB get your Lidl card system sorted. So I get all of those coupons. Make my way to Lidl to make use of them, not deducted at till- totally unhelpful staff member casually telling me that the card hasn’t been working for a week or so. Why can any other supermarket manage?

@WarehouseUK sent return parcels 31 October. One was received the other one not. Have been flagging it since I noticed that the tracking stopped. Was told not to worry. Still going in circles with support. Waiting for more than 200£-ridiculous customer service. Do not order there

@nxcare due to train strike booked National rail for Stansted. Mile End bus stop closed, no alternative given. Waited 20mins, no bus. Tube to Stratford. Waited 15mins there, no bus. Hopped on megabus to avoid missing flight. 16.80£ extra cost. How can I get a refund??
