SURGERY #46 INBOUND🦾 BUTTHOLE RESTORATION- I'm a little late sharing this video here, but⬇️:
To sum up the video, I am having a life changing surgery at the end of the month, my first since 2022. This will be my ostomy reversal. Something that was done to initially save my life but has caused me excruciating pain & mental strain over the last 5 years. It has also severely impacted my day to day quality of life, restricting my diet/eating schedule, fitness/activity level, and it's been a permanent open wound because of the emergent fashion it was done in.
2 days ago at Walter Reed I had intramuscular injections penetrating a few inches into my abdomen on both sides, specifically injecting incobotulinumtoxinA- "Botox" into my external and internal oblique right up to my transverse abdominus. This was done to paralyze my abdominal muscles(what's left) so that later this month when I'm already cut open and they are reconnecting me, the surgeons can further close to some degree this massive hole I currently have in my abdomen.
Right now the hole's diameter is about the size of a small dinner plate and is a permanent massive hernia. Very thin tissue/skin.
If you're interested in a more in depth explanation, watch the video or if you have questions, just ask🤙🏼🦾

There is so much misinformation around owning Teslas, even till this day:
• No, you don’t get range anxiety. With a wall connector at home, you wake up to a “full tank” every day, and Tesla Supercharger stations are everywhere.
• Teslas make the BEST road trip vehicles because of FSD.
• Total ownership costs are much lower than a comparable gas car when you factor in fuel, and maintenance.
• Tesla batteries are engineered for longevity. They’re designed to lose only 20% of capacity after 250K miles.
• A Tesla is ~8x less likely to catch fire than a gasoline vehicle.
• Tesla FSD can drive you from point A to point B anywhere in the US, including cross-country. It handles all our charging stops, parking, etc.
• With FSD, you just press a button on the display, and the car will drive itself to your destination. You literally just relax.
• On road trips, Tesla Superchargers are conveniently placed along your route in locations where you can eat, shop, and rest.
• Average charging stops take 10–30 minutes. You do not charge to 100%, as that isn’t the quickest way.
• The average price per kWh in the US is $0.18. Charging a Model 3 Premium RWD costs only $14.70 for over 360 miles of range. (Can be way less in some states)
• Tesla vehicles are among the best to drive in winter. Heat pumps warm the cabin quickly and efficiently, while instant torque and traction control provide excellent grip.
• The only maintenance typically required is cabin air filters, tires, and windshield fluid.
• New battery replacements for the Model 3 and Model Y start as low as $8,000 to $12,000, not the “$30,000 to $40,000” some “experts” claim. The battery itself costs about the same as (or less than) a typical engine replacement, but with far less labor involved. Full battery replacements are extremely rare.
• The electric motors slow the car by recovering kinetic energy and sending it back into the battery, so the physical brakes hardly ever get used. They can last onwards of 250K miles.
• Teslas get frequent OTA software updates that add new features, improve performance, and fix issues without a service cost.
• Tesla vehicles have the highest safety ratings in the industry, and rank among the lowest fatality rates. Cybertruck is the safest pickup truck, by far.
• Model 3&Y, and Cybertruck can power our home during an outage with the correct equipment.
Best cars ever.
This is NOT a skit.
Jaime West, a Democrat running for Fayette County Council in Indiana, gave an EMBARRASSING interview where she appears to mumble and rant the entire time.
Is she intoxicated?
Elon Musk just told a story that should terrify every AI company on Earth.
His son Saxon is autistic.
Saxon couldn’t understand why the family went to restaurants.
You can get the same food delivered.
You can call your friends over.
You can eat better at home for half the price.
So why go?
Musk: “He had an epiphany and said, ‘Oh, the reason people go to restaurants is to hang out with strangers.’”
A kid who takes the world literally just decoded something the rest of us never thought to question.
We like being around people we’ll never know.
Look at what we already built.
Delivery apps so you never wait in line.
Remote work so you never share an office.
Self-checkout so you never talk to a cashier.
Every innovation of the last 20 years was a bet against human proximity.
Every one paid off.
Until it didn’t.
Loneliness is now a public health emergency.
Depression has doubled since the smartphone.
The average American has fewer close friends than any generation in history.
We didn’t remove friction.
We removed the thing friction was hiding.
Now look at what’s coming.
AI agents that handle your emails.
AI companions that replace your conversations.
AI assistants that make every human interaction optional.
Same playbook. Same bet.
Except this time we’re not engineering out strangers.
We’re engineering out humans entirely.
The coffee shop where nobody knows your name.
The subway where no one speaks.
The restaurant where you’ll never see that couple again.
Those aren’t failed connections.
They’re the background radiation of belonging.
We don’t just need people who know us.
We need to exist in rooms full of people who don’t.
That’s what a kid understood at a dinner table that billion-dollar companies still can’t grasp in a boardroom.
We spent 20 years building a world you never have to show up to.
AI is about to finish the job.
And nothing it builds will ever replicate sitting in a room full of strangers and not feeling alone.
