-Why no exit wound? a 30-06 would blow his head off
-What are the red marks that look like burns on his right side?

2. Admissions:
- LT burned the alledged written confession, the evidence is literally ashes. Photo of the letter? can't test for DNA. Twigs could have written it.
-Discord chat confessions? No evidence has been provided beyond LT saying so. Photos of chat? can't verify metadata. Anyone with log in access could have written them.
-Confessed to parents? Where is their statement? Grandpa denies it.
-Confessed to Mitch (family friend): Where's the testimony or written statement? Doesn't exist.

3. Forensics:
- Gun has 3 DNAs: TR, Twiggs and an unknown
- Towel has 2 DNAs: TR and Twiggs
-Screwdriver has 2 DNAs: TR and Twiggs
-Stairwell has 5 DNAs
-"Finger smudge on window below the roof" Not Tylers
-Rooftop DNA- could not get a reading

4. Campus Footage
- Stairwell: Twiggs says "cannot 100% identify as TR" "has never seen the hat". Possibly TR "only due to the jeans and shoes."
-Campus footage: Changes clothes 2x, different backpacks 2x, Gait is different, Height appears different
No clear image of the face on any footage- anywhere- anytime ever.

5. Roomate Testimony
- Twigs says TR never talked about Charlie Kirk
- Twigs says he never talked to TR about "trans or gender" issues
-Twigs says he is not political and TR wasn't either but would sometimes talk about Trump
-Twigs "could not 100% identify TR in the stairwell pix"

6. Robinson pulls trigger on roof
-footage does not exists per Prosecution
-footage released shows a shadow on the roof
- cop admits there is no identifying features in the video. he cannot identify Race, Height, Clothing
- cop admits he cannot tell if there is even a gun. cops report says "bag or long object" does not mention a gun.

I can add a few:
-no shell casing found on Losee center, but a shell casing was found by the library.
- cop finds gun holster and doesn't report it
- same cop's body cam mysteriously stops recording right before he "finds the screwdriver on the roof"
- dispatch reports immediately after Kirk goes down that there is "a man dressed in black, with black vest, black mask and long gun running by the library"
-black backpack is found by library

I've said this before and I'll say it again.

We are in a soft secession under Zohran. He considers New York an independent city-state with its own foreign policy, immigration policy, and economic policy. He does not recognize the authority of the federal government except to the extent he can extract money or political wins from it.

The intent is to use the resources and authority of New York City to wage war against the federal government and the rest of the country. The DSA is quite open about it. They're telling us what they plan to do, and Zohran is executing.

Colluding with the Iranians was just another means to that end. They will collude with any and all of our enemies, because the stated goal of the DSA is to dismantle the country from within. Again, they say all of this out loud. No inferences necessary here.

In this particular case, the meeting with the Iranians was sidelined by the State Department. But the intention is crystal clear, and just because a high-profile meeting was stopped doesn't mean there isn't back channel communication and cooperation happening between the DSA/Mamdani admin and the Iranians. Obviously there is. Meetings like this don't just materialize out of thin air, and ties between the DSA and Iranian-linked fronts like the People's Forum are too many to count.

Now what are we actually going to do about this?

We're WAY past the point that it can honestly be argued that the DSA isn't an insurgency determined to bring down the country. I really think it requires a military solution now; take this out of the corrupt civil court system and use the military to roll up the DSA and charge them as revolutionary insurgents. Do it while we still can and avoid inevitable future bloodshed.
