@freekmurze The `forget` method may return `false` if the key didn't exist in cache and since you are using the `fn` function, it will return the result to the `each` function, prematurely canceling the iteration.
@jeffrey_way I prefer to see what episode I am on and the total number of episodes. While I enjoy watching tutorials, it isn't "entertainment" and while I appreciate the learning "journey", my objective is to reach the end. With every video I want to be reminded how close to the end I am π
@AtlantaJones@jeffrey_way Yup, or after turning on your bluetooth headset only to hear... "Power... Off" when the power saving kicks in for lack of use
Who wants to be the first person to take a look at my new book called "Laravel Concepts"?
πI'll randomly choose a few people from the replies and retweets!
@davidfowl Spec first, that way frontend and backend can work simultaneously while singing from the same hymn sheet. If it ain't in the spec, it ain't in the code.
@devuxer@sritchie@brettpeary@kuralesache @dan_abramov I think the full rule is "'i' before 'e' except after 'c' OR when it sounds like 'ay'"
like "weird" or "neighbour" or "weigh" etc
@laravelshift hmm... genuine question... what is the benefit of expanding the apiResource? Looks like it reverses the very reason why someone would use apiResource or am I missing something. Also, would it be better to expand and use controller grouping?
@jeffrey_way@ericlbarnes@blakecrouch1 ... based on @jeffrey_way reading it and other devs chiming in, not to mention its NAME, I literally thought this was a must read software engineering book lol
@SarahNS74 Hey @SarahNS74, come work with me :-D. We are hiring a Senior Laravel Engineer and a Junior Field Engineer, fully remote and flexible! Take a look... https://t.co/qsISwbiQuy
