Interesting linguistic fact: the Romanian word "sfat" comes from Slavic and is related to the Russian term "soviet", meaning both advice or council in the everyday sense of "a piece of advice" as well in the institutional sense like "Sfatul Țării" (the Country's Council).

@AstileanAdrian No, Dutch people don't mind free money. It's not like Japan where people get mad if you tip. Romania, at the other hand, has a very big tip culture. I was very suprised when I first learned they literally tip at the barber.
