For a long time, LinkedIn felt like shouting into the void.
No big network.
Just posting, testing, getting ignored… and rejected.
But I kept going.
I studied what worked.
Rewrote how I positioned myself.
Turned comments into conversations.
Treated every “no” like data, not defeat.
Slowly, things shifted.
People started responding.
Opportunities opened.
My voice got clearer.
Then something unexpected happened:
Google started recognizing it.
I’m now listed as a Career Growth Expert in Lagos.
No shortcuts.
No connections.
Just consistency, iteration, and building in public.
Still building.
I’m E.M.O ... remember the name.
The Only Notification you've been looking for on your mail has been:
"Congratulations, You've been shortlisted..."
How are you working towards that in the first place?
If a job description mentions insights, trends, reporting, stakeholders, and recommendations, don’t assume it is too technical. Compare the duties to work you’ve already done.

Hmmm… love your angle, and that’d be so kind of you.
By the way… let’s talk about authority in niche.
Here are my points:
Sharing what you know before anyone asks
Taking clear positions instead of sitting on the fence
Being consistently right about your niche over time
Making complex things simple for the people you serve
Showing up even when the numbers don’t justify it yet
@nikitabier I believe mine’s meant to change a lot of people’s perspective on what rejection really is and how it can help you become better.
Grok knows that
