Michael Saylor's $MSTR announced an offering 2-3 days ago of $4.2B to buy more #Bitcoin

Based on past occurences of these offerings according to Grok Saylor has always bought $BTC with these funds in 3-6 days MAX

Its tough to say if Saylor was buying Thursday & Friday but based on the fact that the Coinbase premium was -$100 I would go out on a limb and say that not all of the funds were used yet or possibly none at all...

Im going to be looking for a massive bid from Coinbase (where Saylor trades at) and CB premium to go positive early next week to confirm long signals to 120k+

- rising channel breakdown + successful bearish retest
- LTF Po3 that marked the LH at the right shoulder of the H&S
