To cultivate positive habits, you must let go of bad habits first. Journaling is the most effective way of cultivating new habits. Every night ask yourself, what did i do wrong today? What did i do right today? What could i have done better?

- Weekly Raid as Sponsorship to Bearish Movement
- H12 Strong Bearish Flow and Structure
- H4 Bearish Flow (Several Filled FVGs Following this OrderFlow)
- H1 Alignment Bearish Structure with H4
- Entry From H1 EQ OB

Notes: Since we got the H4 Sweep lower in the morning and before entering the position, it also made sense in some discretionary trade avoidance, but I acted systematically and price had previously filled H4 FVG higher as a point of interest to continue the strong bearish flow.

We are near Weekly High, looks to be on a sweep again. Last day of the week, so I think we are moving down. 12h and 4h timeframes support this idea currently.
