Tahun 2013 UKTku 5,8 juta 😭😭😭😭
Masih nyimpen bukti pembayarannya sampai sekarang, pikirku biar klo sudah kerja ingin ganti uang ibu, tapi sampai sekarang belum bisa 🫠🫠🫠🫠
we get bachelor degree at very young age but we can do nothing with it because our job market sucks and our government full with people who don’t even have degrees
#TheHeir - final thoughts
I may be in the minority, but I'm certain those of us who stuck through to the end rooted for this romance - at least I very much did. I know the pairing had its detractors. Some said the leads lacked chemistry (I disagree …there was a sweetness and gentleness to their interactions). Some shipped her with the big brother. Some were surprised #HanDongJun didn't even show up until Ep 6.
But for me, the romance was like a sweet dessert that added so much happiness to the main course. It tied in well with the plot and added value and conflict , necessary for a drama of this genre. The journey of this pair went through what felt like heaven and hell, and the drama gave it such a cruel twist with Wenqian's father being the reason for Li Zhen's family tragedies. Yet the leads, neither of whom should have had to carry the sins and trauma of the previous generation had their lives defined by it anyway.
And yet, in the midst of life's ups and downs, they found a perfect partnership and support in each other, which became such a heart-rending love story. The ending where Wenqian getting called back to war wasn't necessary for me, but I suppose, in keeping with the spirit of the show, it shows that no matter what life throws at them, they'll always find their way back to each other.
Romance aside, this is such a poignant drama- one centered on familial love and on staying true to honor, culture, and tradition. I certainly have gained more appreciation for ink culture as well.
Kudos to #YangZi for anchoring this drama with her absolutely fantastic performance as Li Zhen. Li Zhen's tenacity and her courage to live and love fiercely brought change and restored honor not only for her family but for the entire industry. Yang Zi was wonderfully supported by a well-chosen cast, including Han Dongjun, and the actors playing Seventh Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Li Dong and her mother.
This is a quality drama, and I would highly recommend it.
