@The_VR_Gamer@Lionn3101@coah80 All games are for kids no parent looks at you playing on a console or pc and goes "oh look how mature he is playing 18 and up video games" plus there's a kid playing on every game no matter the age rating 😂😂😂
@iLeakGames10@mrpyo1 Exactly that isn't public information, you have no way of knowing the specifics for any of those contracts and you have no way of knowing if they already purchased components or not or even at what price. It's not even public information for any of the 3 console companies.
@iLeakGames10@mrpyo1 Can you show me the news article that shows this information and what their paying for componenet costs manufacturing (which has gone up in price) and storage (that has also gone up in price)
@iLeakGames10@mrpyo1 I'm sorry but RAM is not the only component that increased in price and if that where the case gaming and pc handhelds today wouldn't need such exorbitant price hikes like they've all had. The next generation will by no means be inmune to this.
@BradPittstainz@SamHulick I say this all the time, people act like only steam does discounts, or that all games stay at 70 dollars on the ps store or the eshop. Aside from nintendo exclusives (that do go on sale at least in BF and christmas) games go down in price with time and the discounts get bigger.
@Eldonchorizo_ I'm seeing a lot of denial on this fact today, they really are thinking that the ps6 a console that by all means shoud be more powerful than their current gen will be cheaper. With component prices on a rise... how do they expect this to happen?
Listen up here. If Valve wasn’t able to keep prices down of their Steam Deck and Steam Machine WITHOUT INVESTORS as a Private company. Stop expecting the PlayStation 6 and the PlayStation portable 2 to be cheap. It’s simply not gonna happen. Thanks for coming to my tech talk.
@Russ__ATX@mrpyo1 Exactly. Then how can a ps6 be cheaper, the price will be outrageous if it comes out next year better to wait and concentrate on having more exclusives for both their current gen and the upcoming one.
@iLeakGames10@mrpyo1 After sony raised the price again sales have drop for the console. People are sending a clear message, they don't want to pay outrageous prices for hardware and 900 dollars is already to much even if it's the most powerful console. No way a new more powerful console will be cheap
IGN wrote multiple articles complaining about the price of Switch 2 and lying to readers about the viability of handheld PCs.
Now at a whooping $1K+ with specs under a PS5 they give Steam Machine a 8 and brush off the price. Are we serious here?
A console with no exclusives, every game is already on PC, and costs twice as much as a Switch 2.
Just so you can play Balatro on your TV. No thanks, Todd Howard.
