@BallParkBuzz He was injured and has been a sub 3 era guy for 4 years. He’s the only legit track record reliever except Chap and Whit. Ty’s pitched 10 mlb games. I love Tyler but Danny’s a guy you have in the pen in you want to win. It’s a step towards trying to win. I want both on the roster.

@Riverside_Slgrs @tylermilliken_ @AriA1exander Watson can’t get sent to the minors directly as a rule 5. Bullpen moves are contract related a lot. That’s why Kelly goes up and down. Life of a reliever. Also a lefty comes back so they look for a lefty to go out. Watsons contract keeps him here because they believe in him.

@chmfkenny @tylermilliken_ @AriA1exander Morans been a good reliever, they’ve screwed him by pitching him in the first inning over and over. Watson can’t get sent directly to the minors because of his contract. But it shouldn’t matter he’s been bad. They should’ve kept Tyler up and let Watson go.

@BOSSportsGordo Gotta do it in the first inning or move on from this opener situation. Brooksy made the point that relievers aren’t trained to mentally be ready all day to pitch. They get going when their names called so they stay sharp. Obviously it makes a difference.
