@VodafoneUKhelp So the customer service problems can be ignored by yet another person?

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

@DarrenAttard1 @VodafoneUK Stil better than @O2 who gave me three fault phones in two months!

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

@DarrenAttard1 @VodafoneUK Then when they did finally update it last month they spelt it wrong several times then put in an old postcode!

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

@DarrenAttard1 @VodafoneUK It's mad!
I moved in February and they still hadn't updated my address despite calling 3 times because I couldn't remember if I'd done it!

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

I need a smaller sim. Told that will arrive 24th.
@VodafoneUK mucked up so much in 2 months they have given me £60, but still muck up!

Contract upgraded 16th, told new phone would arrive the 18th. It was delivered 22nd.

Always after attacks like these some rush to help and some rush to hate. The helpers try to contain the blast, the haters help to spread it.

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

@DPD_UK I have already messaged requesting a call back. If I wanted to message I would have emailed.

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

@DPD_UK Terrible customer service! I call to speak to someone on the customer service 01212750500 number and just get an automated voice!!!

@CharitySANE If I had a broken leg, nobody would ask me to tap-dance. People ask me to pull myself together though. It's like kicking a broken soul.

[Carrie Lawrence @Wild27Rose]

I'd be pretty hungry too if I'd spent the last twenty minutes throwing my toys around the run whilst my owner tried to sweep up!
