@jon_d_doe And sometimes, you recharge but it won't load immediately while it keep telling you failed but will later upload on its own.

@jon_d_doe Call their technician Agba. They'll come and help you recharge it directly from the meter. Sometimes, it's the network from airtel that is unavailable and once you exhaust your remaining unit, it becomes impossible to recharge from the indoor keypad. I've experienced this twice.
