I talk to 5 different people and given wrong numbers and the run around. Please help! Kids are going hungry and without food and I can’t get an answer. HELP!

I activated it and it said it had a balance of $120. He went to use it and it was declined. I tried to call the number on the card but it gives a busy signal.
