No frozen surrender. No fake peace built on stolen land. Russia started this war by crossing Ukraine’s borders, and the road to real negotiations begins with Russia leaving them.

Being unable to achieve its goals on the battlefield, Russia increases terror against civilians. The world cannot close eyes to its scale.

At least three people were killed, including a pregnant 22-year-old woman, in Chuhuiv, as a result of Russia’s overnight terrorist attacks on Kharkiv and its region.

In Zaporizhzhia, Russian strikes killed at least two people and injured over thirty, including children. In Chernihiv, Russians struck an ordinary truck that delivered bread, injuring its 55-year-old driver. Other regions have been under attack as well.

Russia has already committed over 200,000 war crimes in Ukraine in the course of its full-scale invasion. It must be held accountable.

We urge the world to ramp up pressure on the Russian regime and further increase the cost of this terror for the aggressor.

In Tallinn today. Ahead of the Ukraine – Nordic-Baltic Summit, I met with the Prime Minister of Finland, @PetteriOrpo.

We discussed the work in Europe to develop anti-ballistic defense capabilities, as well as the preparation of an agreement in the Drone Deal format. The teams are working, and the main thing is that there be more protection in Europe. Special attention was given to our needs in strengthening air defense, security challenges in the region, and diplomatic work to achieve a dignified peace. I informed the Prime Minister about our contacts with Europeans and Americans.

I am grateful to the Government, the people, and all of Finland for supporting Ukraine – above all, for all the military packages and contributions to the PURL initiative. Importantly, Finland is ready to continue helping.

🇮🇪 It saddens me that I feel I have to point this out but the vast majority of the Irish people stand firmly with Ukraine.

Don’t let anyone fool you into directing hatred at ordinary Irish men, women, and families. They are not your enemy.

Russia has proven incredibly skilled at sowing division and pulling the wool over people’s eyes — exploiting grievances, amplifying fringe voices, and trying to paint entire nations with one brush. But we must be smarter than their propaganda.

Yes, the Irish government has made mistakes and deserves real criticism for some of its positions and policies. No nation’s leadership is beyond reproach. But that is not the same as blaming the Irish people themselves.

The heart of Ireland — its working people, its communities, its diaspora — has shown real solidarity with Ukraine time and again. Let’s keep that in mind.

Hate the propaganda. Challenge bad policy. But don’t turn on the Irish people.

We’re stronger when we see each other clearly — not through Moscow’s distorting lens.
