I still remember this like it was yesterday! The legendary bear simply named “399“ sat down with her 2 cubs and someone next to me said, “she’s going to nurse!“ I looked that person right in the eye, and said, “OMG she’s going to nurse?“ I don’t know why, but the idea of a bear nursing her cubs never even occurred to me. I took this shot, stood up and said, “Well, I can go home now.” Sadly, this amazing animal who was loved and respected by so many people all over the world was hit by a car and killed on the 22nd. I’m glad I got to witness her undeniable beauty, even if it was for a very short time.

I went on a 2nd date over the weekend with this girl I really like. We’ve planned a 3rd date but I’m hesitant to take it any further bc I really have been enjoying my solitude.
