Young lesbians please avoid LGBT organizations, as most of them are at the moment anti-lesbian. They have as main objective support of transgenderism which is a homophobic and misogynist ideology. If you need support try contacting lesbian-only groups or radical feminist groups.
Today I learned about Cathleen Quinn, who had to serve an extra 5 years in prison because she complained about a trans-identifying male inmate perving on her.

I admit to a certain morbid fascination with people like @stellacreasy and @NadiaWhittomeMP who brazen it out after being caught misrepresenting parliamentary process as it applies to the EHRC Code of Conduct - even after @akuareindorf and @Scott_Wortley have gone to immense lengths to explain, in great detail and with superhuman patience and courtesy, why they have got it completely wrong.
But their betrayal of lesbians and women in general - and their sheer dishonesty in refusing to admit openly they still want to replace all sex-based rights with self-ID - are not remotely fascinating. Just grotesque.
It was odd and depressing to see numerous MPs invoking the ‘LGBT community’ when speaking against the EHRC Code of Practice which, in reality, simply provides guidance on existing law.
Not one of them saw fit to mention the pivotal role of the ‘Lesbian Intervenors’ in securing the Supreme Court ruling which upheld the rights of lesbians and gay men.
Maybe they simply can’t see any letters before the ‘T’.
NEW: Poll shows that the vast majority of people prefer straightforward single-sex facilities in workplaces and public spaces.
This varies little by age or voting pattern. Politicians who prevaricate over the Supreme Court judgment are out of step with the public.
Sex Matters commissioned an independent, nationally representative poll. We asked:
“For each of the following, do you prefer them to be single sex or mixed sex?”
Hello @AOC, while you smiled in a hijab at a New York event, I was in Federal Court facing the 4th hitman hired by the Islamic Republic to assassinate me, for campaigning for Iranian women to have the same freedom you performed for a photo op. Will you come to court with me in August when I face the 5th hitman? Or does solidarity only work when it doesn't offend the Islamic regime?
You wore hijab voluntarily in New York. Women are killed in Iran for taking it off.
You are the very woman who, at every opportunity, protests against violence against women, decries gender segregation, and champions "inclusion." Yet here you stand, smiling and wearing a hijab, at an event in New York, in the heart of the West, where men and women are strictly separated. To me and millions of Iranian women, this does not look like a choice. It is no longer "My body, my choice," but rather "My body for votes."
They who claim to fight for women's self-determination in the name of feminism voluntarily embrace an ideology that mandates our women cover their hair simply because they are women. They enjoy the prosperity, freedom, and privileges of the Western world, where they may live as autonomous individuals , yet they simultaneously accept that other women should not be afforded the same rights.

This. If it was about wanting somewhere safe and private to pee, third spaces would be fine. It’s not. It’s about claiming territory, validation, and winning.
Dominating, intimidating and humiliating women is the point.
Billions of people around the world are poor. They don’t sell their daughters to be raped by old men. BBC is disgusting for covering this with empathy.
If you heard that a man was thinking about selling his seven-year-old daughter into marriage or domestic servitude, who would you feel sorry for? The dad or the girl? The man treating his own child as property to be traded for cash, or his daughter, the innocent made into chattel for gross creeps to barter over so that they might secure themselves a child bride?
All normal people would say the daughter. Of course we would. Not the BBC, though. Our public broadcaster has told precisely this horror story, only it paints the men selling their daughters as the victims, not the girls who are being sold.
Meet the 'Afghan fathers' who are 'forced to make impossible choices', it blubs, blissfully unaware of how sick it sounds to the rest of us to play a tiny violin for men who sell girls into slavery.

I'm sorry, but people have been making excuses for selling their daughters into sexual slavery throughout history, and all of them make the same excuses, but it does not change the fact that they did it because they simply do not value their daughters properly.
How do I know? Note that they always consign their daughters to this before their sons or themselves. Note that their entire society normalizes it. Note that even Western outlets covering this find the fathers' "impossible choices" sympathetic and more worthy of coverage than what his daughter must think, being raped on a daily basis and knowing that her very own flesh and blood are responsible for dooming her to that fate. Note that the news stories do not ask why it is fathers making this decision, and not the mothers.
From ancient China to modern Afghanistan, feeding yourself off the underage sexual exploitation of your own daughters is morally reprehensible, and I would simply rather die myself than ever consign any child to such suffering. The fact that these fathers do not feel the same when it comes to their own daughters is proof of their monstrosity, and the moral depravity of the BBC for asking us to identify with them rather than their daughters.
The 'tomboy' characters in Enid Blyton books were important role models for girls who didn't conform to 'girly' stereotypes. These characters told them 'you're fine as you are.'
Now girls are given the opposite message. Now they have to turn into boys to be okay.
Not once does this article ask "who is buying children and why?"
Nor does it ask "why are they selling their girls, not boys?"
Is a lack of basic curiosity a requirement for the BBC now?
The Maudsley psychiatric hospital is well-known within gender-critical circles for having a rabid LGBT staff network, intransigent on the supremacy of gender identity over sex, and quick to call out "transphobia".
Quotes from Maudsley webpages (still up):
- On gender identity. "For some people, treatment may just involve acceptance and affirmation or confirmation of their identity." https://t.co/Hw6fzO0y6Q
On the importance of Pride: it is "the right to be seen and accepted as the person you truly are." https://t.co/SXzOLDtill
In 2024, I wrote in an Unherd investigation on the capture of the NHS by gender ideology: "one Pride post on the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust website ... talks about “the fight for LGBT rights” as something “to be won against your family or your neighbours or whoever is directly around you”.' https://t.co/2Sw89JL2C6
That is the fantasy. You, a staff member, are a freedom fighter. You are a hero, saving vulnerable people from the urgent threat of misgendering or being put in sex-appropriate facilities. I'm sure it made staff feel very noble at the time.
The reality: today we learn that in 2022, a 5ft 3 female who said/believed she was a man was put on male psychiatric ward, and raped within hours. Inmates chanted "No adam's apple". A man with a history of sex offending was in there, and he stood lookout.
It was then covered up by staff.

“To be honest I feel like I am unwillingly in an abusing coercive controlling relationship with the Australian government & I want out of it… I think it is fitting that ‘Giggle v Tickle’ has made Australia the laughing stock of the world.”
We are disgusted by the anti-lesbian video posted by the doctor/entrepreneur Helen Webberley.
One of the reasons we formed LGB Alliance was that the entire concept of sexual orientation was being erased by the “LGBTQ” sector. Lesbians in particular were - are - suffering from abuse for their same-sex attraction. Nancy Kelley, then CEO of Stonewall, referred to lesbians as “sexual racists”.
The Supreme Court understood what homosexuality means. In its ruling of 16 April 2025 it clarified the point that lesbians are biological women who are attracted to other biological women.
Of course, there are still heterosexual men who claim to be “lesbians” - egged on and applauded not just by the LGBTQ sector but by major human rights organizations, from Amnesty to the UN. Our progress against this malign trend is slow.
The brave young women Serena Worley and @MaeveHalligan dared to stand up for lesbian rights at the Cambridge Union. They spoke passionately - and they spoke the truth. Their superb speeches rattled the homophobic doctor Webberley, whose income is threatened by this truth. She posted an utterly vile attack on these young women, calling them “selfish” for standing up for the right to exclude men from lesbian dating apps.
The people she calls “transgender women” are heterosexual men. We do not have “gender self-ID” in the UK. They are men and they do not belong in lesbian spaces.
Helen Webberley exemplifies today’s trendy - and often lucrative - homophobia.
We reject her abusive attack and everything she stands for.
@HelenWebberley You are a straight woman. How dare you lecture a young lesbian that she shouldn't get to choose only same-sex partners? You may believe that men with penises who wear dresses magically transform, but telling lesbians they are wrong if they disagree is pure homophobia.
