一个有意思的现象：想干得出类拔萃，体力行业取决于脑力，脑力行业取决于体力。

体力工作如果没好脑力，方法就低效，大概率一直低效出力；脑力工作如果没好体力，知识积累速度极慢，低认知和笨方法损耗大量脑力。

所以高级蓝领和蓝领老板大多是脑力好的人，高级白领和白领老板大多是体力好的人。
