This is the Ellison Parking Lot project. This RAMP award was to help financially support the construction of an improved parking lot located at Ellison Park. Improvements included a parking lot, parking lot lighting, connections of concrete walkways, and landscaping improvements.
There is no overnight parking from 1 am until 6 am in December, January, and February – or any time snow removal is apparent or imminent. Vehicles parked on the street hinder snow removal and in white-out conditions, could jeopardize the safety of snow plow drivers.

The parade route will close at 10:00am. The Bike parade will begin at 10:15am and the Parade will state at 10:30am.
Layton City presents the “Voices of Liberty” concert. This patriotic concert is saluting the armed forces. The concert is Sunday June 30, 2024, at the Layton Ed Kenley Amphitheater. Gates open at 6:00 pm, the concert is from 7:00 pm-8:30 pm.
