If you are a bike rider. NEVER fly with @lufthansa if they damage your bike. They take no responsibility. Keep saying they will contact you but don’t do it. It’s been almost 3,5 months now and they haven’t even responded. Unbelievable ☠️

@lufthansa Almost a mont after the last tweet and almost 2 months after my first e-mail. No reaction at all after the first respond on the e-mail. Contacted the ECC for help. Your customer service is shit!

Almost 10 days later. Still nothing from @Wiggle_Sport Worst service ever. Bought the trisuit for two races. And already to late for one of them. Why is it taking more then 35 days. Kind a looks like Ali Express service
