@VirginAtlantic Hi, my parents are flying to New York tomorrow. They both retired a few weeks ago after full careers as a nurse and policeman/teacher. This is their big retirement trip which they’ve been planning for years.

They are both fairly nervous as they haven’t been on a flight in nearly 10 years and are worried they will feel like fish out of water in upper class. I’m not asking for anything special but if there’s any chance of passing onto the crew just to keep an eye on them
