@AvantiWestCoast my partner was delayed at crewe to holyhead last night.He was told on the train he wouldn't miss the connecting ferry.They then were told they'd be out in a hotel.They were not. Instead left on the floor at holyhead since 3am!He will now miss a funeral in ireland

@lasiguanas @AlcoholChangeUK I'd be reluctant to pass the buck to the server because it was raised a few times and her sobriety discussed in the conversation and still a firm no. The server was acting on instructions from management. Please let me know what you find.
