@vetalumnipod @KurtBenkert Lining up in the neutral zone is a post snap penalty. False start is a pre snap penalty. Unless the defender jumps and causes the offensive lineman to move then it’s a false start pre snap penalty, which negates a post snap penalty such as lining up in neutral zone.
