Majority of the accommodations in Bournemouth have allowed students to not pay, however ours continues to make us. Many of us will also struggle to pay it even with the small loan we receive due to being out of work, does this not seem fair considering we are not living there?

Would be greatly appreciated if you can bring this to light. In the current COVID-19 situation our student accommodation owned by @FreshStudentLiv is still forcing us to pay our last full rent instalments even though many of us were told to go home and arent there
