@Bipolaroidgal Ah, sorry for the tardy response. Mostly: keeping a regular schedule and manage the amount of stimulation and stress. The other night I left a dinner party early because I knew the energy level of the discussion would take me too long to come down from so that I could sleep

@Bipolaroidgal It was that way for the first several years. Grieving what I had lost, then finding new purpose helped me move on. Now I do all those bipolar management things so that something else is possible. I never thought I could ever say again - I love my life!
