About 450 gifted students from kindergarten to fourth grade participated in #CampEinstein at @WillardModelES. Everything from interacting with animals to computer coding, there was plenty to keep these students busy during their 4-week adventure.

@DrBradJohnson @ashleyhaggBCISD We added a second recess into our schedule this year for all PK-5, and teachers have reported how beneficial it has been. Student success has improved, discipline is low, and overall student "happiness" appears to be up!

2nd-graders from @WillardModelES went on a 4-day field trip to #CampYoung, where they learned about animal life cycles while exploring the forest environment near the Elizabeth River.

They enjoyed searching for the plants and animals that live there. It was amazing!
