The Small Business Tax Cut of 2026 has passed the Senate and is now just a few steps away from delivering much-needed relief to South Carolina’s small business community.

More good news today for the business community… the Senate Judiciary Committee passed the Small Business Regulatory Freedom Act (H.3021) with smart, balanced reforms that reduce regulatory burdens, protect certainty, and ensure costly new rules get legislative approval.
