Although loathed, the NY Post and the WSJ gained credence in New York, whose four new Republican reps can brag that they put the party over the top in the House. NY has a history of vengeance against the lawless, undeserving poor.
My electronic servant is nanny and saboteur. It turns down the music "for my own good" when I want to groove. Then tells me in cold and cheery voice that the alarm is set, but fails to alert me that its volume is turned down (punishment for grooving). It's the evil stepmother.
To independent-minded voters:
Shared power curbs the worst excesses of both parties, therefore I recommend voting for a Republican Congress, given that the Presidency is Democratic.
