Walking, cycling, running, swimming, paddleboarding & living in the best surroundings possible?
Following the twin, government-made disasters of Brexit & Covid.
@deepwestwales@OwsWills It doesn't. It's one of the scare stories being put about by those sad people desperate for any reason why 20mph won't - shouldn't, can't - be made to work.
@20notplenty@OwsWills I want it.
I think it's improved matters for all road users - pedestrians, cyclists, drivers and anybody else. I have to leave a couple of minutes earlier I'm driving. So what? It's not a big deal.
@MattersInformed More incoherent and contradictory nonsense alledging we're all being socially controlled on a global scale. No facts, no evidence, no proof. Just a bizarre attempt to twist events to fit a preconceived narrative.
@godlywomanhood@SouthInvesting This is extreme even for you. Not describing yourself by any chance? The evidence all around you is that women are no more or less led "by their emotions ... than by truth & logic" than men are. Try reading more widely and not just the Bible!
@BBCWalesNews 20mph limit is fine. Most people appear to be trying to follow it. Certainly safer and more pleasant when out walking or cycling. Driving I might have to leave a few minutes earlier than usual- but this is a simple adjustment I'm more than happy to make. Bus times unaffected.
@JacquiDeevoy1 Interesting suggestion! Of course a globally coordinated hoax as you describe would only take the agreement and cooperation of every single country in the world as well as their health services, hospitals, and universities. As well as all pharmaceutical companies. But why do it?
@patman3k@godlywomanhood Wrong. Voting is a right, not a privilege. And any "voting requirement" which is biased towards or against any part of the population, for whatever reason, is also wrong.
@NoBody76655118@godlywomanhood Her options? Not a problem for her. It's when she's trying to force "her options" onto others, without allowing other possibilities & all in the name of religion that I have an issue with
There's far too much blind adherence to one or another dogmatic belief system in the world
@NoBody76655118@godlywomanhood As I said. She's welcome to live life as she chooses. Her choice. I'm not telling her what to do. Merely stating that there are alternatives available to both men and women with more freedom involved.
@GEMMY200@JacquiDeevoy1 Really? I thought it was nano-bots in the vaccine. Or was it powdered glass? I've seen so many different explanations for why I'm going to be dead soon!
Love the "word is ..." reasoning too. Very convincing!
@NoBody76655118@godlywomanhood No. I said the OP wanted to keep women restricted, chained, controlled. Not that it's the alternative. She's welcome to live her life this way. But it's to me a strange preference over all the opportunities, freedoms & choices that men and women should be equally free to take.
@JacquiDeevoy1@Didtheearthmov1 Any evidence for this? Or just wishful thinking? Because I can see lots of reasons why your prophesy is rubbish, but none that it's true.
@Didtheearthmov1@JacquiDeevoy1 No. Just relaying my real life experiences to demonstrate that there are a considerable number of people (ie the vast majority) who experience no significant negative side effects from covid, or other, vaccines.
