I'd like to clarify that I don't mean any bugs that resemble even a fraction of what we experienced during its horrific release. Seeing some NPCs bug out and T-pose for a split second, and weird clipping stuff is most of what I see. The game is worth its full price tag today.
The world of Cyberpunk is still quite buggy even in v2.0, but that takes nothing away from CD Projekt Red’s ability to create a world that is truly alive.
I find myself stopping more than once each session just to take in a view or watch NPCs go about their lives. Only a handful of games have successfully crafted such a smothering wall of immersion; Cyberpunk 2077 is undeniably one of those games.
Replaying Cyberpunk this week; can't believe how far this game has come since the last time I played. Having so much fun exploring this game's world again. I can only name a handful of open-world games that can hold a candle to Cyberpunk's art direction and setting.
There is not a moment during any mission, including it's various side quests, where you don’t feel like you're just a small cog in this massive, living, breathing, machine that is Night City. Each moment presents a world without a crack in its fragile circuitry.
