I once had a BN CDR who on the 1ST day of CMD tell the BN “If it’s not on the training schedule, I want everyone home at 1700!” He’d walk through COF’s looking for Soldiers/LDR’s still working. He held CDR’s accountable, a man of his word. I’ll never forget that. Deeds not Words!
